Welcome to eRegimens, Alternative Regimens for your Health. eRegimens is a division of Electroherbalism and provides a less technical and more user-friendly approach for people searching for information on alternative health regimens and therapies. Electroherbalism is the study of the combination of alternative bioelectronic measures along with herbal, nutritional, and other naturopathic regimens. eRegimens omits the bioelectronics portion to make it more accessible for people who are not interested in this technology and prefer the traditional alternative health approaches.
Please see the sections below the site map, especially the Warnings section, as well as the Goals of eRegimens and to Search the website.
The Site Map is shown here as well as on its own page which is linked at the top of every page to make navigation of the vast amount of information on this website easier.
One goal of eRegimens is to provide information so one can decide on the most cost-effective alternative supplements and therapies. People go to supplement stores and come back with hundreds of dollars in supplements when only a couple of inexpensive products may have been needed. In health food stores, customers are often steered to new and expensive supplements which are being hyped a great deal. Some of these products may be fine for the purpose, but other ones may be a far better value. People also spend thousands of dollars on alternative therapies or bioelectronics devices that are pointless since they do not otherwise follow basic rules of health, such as providing proper nutrition for the body to repair and heal itself.
Another goal of eRegimens is to make it easy to find the necessary information. Besides the main menu tabs at the top of every page and the google search bar at the top of this page, a site map is provided to be able to find data more efficiently. See the Site Map tab menu selection at the top of every page. There is also a Links section tab for links to other helpful alternative health websites.
Although eRegimens advocates taking charge of one's own health in the long term, one should never forgo seeing a doctor when ill. Most are skilled diagnosticians and know what works to treat illnesses, especially acute ones. Even minor infections can quickly become life threatening if not treated or treated improperly. It is a lot easier to rebuild from a round of prescription medicine than from unchecked infection. Alternative health measures are for prevention, failure of conventional treatment, or as an adjunct treatment.
Start on all herbs, vitamins, and other supplements slowly and with caution, ensuring no allergies or other adverse effects. Vitamins can be dangerous taken incorrectly, herbs and minerals even more so. Don't stake your life on one thing you read or you could die of a misprint. If there are any conditions that could be aggravated by changes in diet or by supplements see an MD, or better yet, someone qualified and knowledgeable in matters of herbs, vitamins, nutrition, and other aspects of alternative health. Especially do not begin taking new supplements if pregnant without checking with a health care professional.
|How many years would people have to Walk for the Cure of this or that disease if billions were instead being spent on researching natural supplements and safe therapies rather than ones so toxic or dangerous they can only be prescribed or administered by doctors?
The Regimens section of eRegimens details nutrients, supplements, and therapies which may be helpful for some conditions, but as it says on the bottom of every page, this information has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other government or medical agency, is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness, and is for information purposes only. Use the information on eRegimens only as a starting point for research. The Therapies section of eRegimens contains alternative health therapies which are often recommended in the Regimens section.
The Regimens are color coded. Blue boxes are for incidental information. Pink boxes are for detailed information and additional articles. Orange boxes are Links sections. Tan boxes are added for Feedback and Comments to the pages on regimens and therapies as they are received. If you have any feedback or comments you would like to make, please use the Contact tab in the top menu bar. It is greatly appreciated!
eRegimens is associated with a number of vendors such as those shown in the right side margin. They are chosen for their reliability, selection, and discount pricing. eRegimens rarely suggests products whose hype or marketing pushes them to high prices when lower cost alternatives are available that are as effective or more so. The products and services shown in the right margin of the Regimens, Therapies, and other sections in the website are usually from one of these sponsors. Their websites are reviewed in Affiliate Reviews. Many of the supplements suggested on this website are also available at local health food stores and supplement shops, and people are encouraged to support them when possible since good ones are a valuable resource to the community.
Please feel free to contact eRegimens with any questions, comments, or requests for additional regimens or therapies. Use the Contact tab in the top menu bar.
